Welcome to the Jungle

Rekha and Mary will be your guides on this transformative adventure.
Every day will start with a healthy breakfast and a private yoga class in one of Bodhi Tree’s open air shalas.
Rekha will lead daily Blue-Zone workshops and activities.
Mary will close out the days with a magical ritual and guided meditation.
There will be plenty of time for rest, pool time, optional spa treatments, shopping, or other add-on activities that fill your cup.
Body
From yoga to nourishing gourmet food and Blue Zone inspired workshops and activities, you will leave the retreat feeling nourished, nurtured, and reinvigorated.

Important Details…
Flights
Flights and ground transportation are not included in our retreat fee. Book your flights into Liberia International Airport (LIR) and we will help you arrange a shuttle for the 2.5 hour drive to the resort.
We HIGHLY recommend travel insurance as Body & Soul will not be able to provide a refund for missed flights or cancelled trips.
Spa
Luxury spa treatments can be booked directly through the resort at an additional fee. Please wait to book until we send you a final itinerary.
Payments & Cancellations
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot (will be applied to your booking.) Final payment will be due March 3, 2025. Please contact us if you require a payment plan.
No refunds will be offered for cancellations unless we are able to fill your spot.
