From yoga to nourishing gourmet food and workshops with Rekha, the weekend will leave your body and mind feeling nourished and nurtured.

Soul

We will indulge your inner goddess with rituals and activities that bring out the most joyful parts of your soul. Mermaid altars on the beach, tarot cards & guided meditations are just some of the magical activites Mary has planned.

Itinerary

All the activities and workshops will celebrate the many goddess archetypes inside us all. From Melusina, the Mermaid Goddess, to Lakshmi, the Goddess of Abundance, you will leave this retreat feeling relaxed, joyful and empowered.

Friday

Arrive at the Silver Sands by noon and get ready to start the adventure!

After a light lunch take some time to get settled or meet for a one-on-one session with Mary & Rekha.

During the afternoon we will gather together for our first Body & Soul Circle honoring our water goddesses Mermaid Melusina and Venus, born from sea spray in her famous half shell.

After a delicious dinner we will call in the goddess energy with a fire ceremony on the beach.

Saturday

Wakeup to a yummy breakfast and a goddess-themed yoga class in the morning.

After yoga we will embark on a joyous day curated to celebrate the little girl in each of us with roller skating and other surprises.

The late afternoon will be free to schedule a one-on-one session with Mary & Rekha, pamper yourself with a little shopping in town or take a walk along the beach. We will reconvene for dinner followed by a ceremony on the beach.

Sunday

Sunday morning meet us for yoga and breakfast before we meet for one more circle dedicated to Lakshmi, the Hindu Goddess of Abundance.

We will close the weekend with a final ritual and send you home happy, refreshed and connected.
