Where are the circles held?
We hold our circles in a variety of locations in NJ and NY based on the size and needs of group. Our home base is a beautiful studio space in Far Hills, NJ where we typically hold our monthly women’s circles.
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably! You should also bring socks and a wrap in case you want to get cozy during the guided meditation.
What should I bring?
Just your authentic self and an open mind!
Do I have to share?
No one is ever forced to share- but we predict you will want to! Whether you are an extrovert or an introvert, there is a place for your unique energy in the circle.
Are your circles inclusive?
Yes! Creating an inclusive and non-judgemental environment for our participants is our number one priority.
What if I don’t know the other people in the circle?
That is what makes it fun! Whether you come alone or with a friend, we guarantee you will walk out of our circle feeling connected.

You have the right to maintain your privacy and disclose only as much as you are comfortable with. Sharing personal stories is optional, and there is no pressure to do so.

You have the right to expect respect from the fascilitators and participants in the circle and in turn are expected to respect the viewpoints of others.

You have the right to set boundaries that are comfortable for you. You can choose to participate actively or be an observer, and your boundaries will be respected.

You have the right to feel safe and emotionally supported. Our circles are spaces of empathy, understanding, and compassion.

You have the right to an environment that supports building meaningful relationships.
